31 Weeks

This has been a great week. To start, we had a good 31 week check-up at the doctor. Baby's heartbeat was still strong, I'm up another pound, and the doc confirmed that it's probably a good idea for me to stop the 2-hour drives to my customer one I hit 36 weeks, which is coming up quick. It feels crazy to me how quickly everything is sneaking up, and it's weird to think that in only 6 weeks I could go into labor and deliver a "full term" baby boy!

What also makes this week great is that I am in Florida for my girlfriend's bachelorette party! Jared and I drove down last night, and he is getting some alone/beach/beer time while I spend some much needed time with my girlfriends. I was originally going to make the 6 hour drive alone, but he was worried about me driving that far myself at this point in my pregnancy so he decided to be my chaufeur. Whatta guy :)

On the name front, we've made a little more progress. On the drive down to FL, I finally made it through my last name book, so I have officially read 4 different books cover to cover, and I don't think any boy names exist that I haven't at least looked at or considered. Jared and I keep going back to our old favorites though - I have my top three and he has his - so we will just have to wait until the hospital to see which one rises to the top!
