My Daily Meds

Being a creature of habit, I've found myself becoming dependent on some daily "meds" throughout this pregnancy. I don't know what I'd do without them to help get me through the day!

  • Mount Hagen Instant Organic Deaff Coffee - Since I can't have the "real thing", this has been the next best. Instant is key, as I don't want to mess with brewing a whole pot of coffee all for myself. Organic is also key, as I avoid potentially harmful chemicals that can be found in regular decaf coffee (that come through the caffeine removal process)
  • LaCroix Cran-Raspberry Sparkling Water - I drink about 3 of these per day. So refreshing, and a great soda replacement!
  • Organic Peanut Buter - Peanut Butter has been a huge craving lately. In the morning with honey & toast, or as an afternoon/evening snack on top of a big juicy apple. Or just by the spoonful. :) YUM!
  • Greek Yogurt - My absolute fav, and a great way to get protein and calcium into a snack.
  • Reeses PB Cups - Back to the peanut butter craving...Jared and I bought a Halloween Size bag of these + Reeses Pieces. The perfect dessert!
  • Adult Calcuim Gummy Vitamins - Because we all need more calcium (but let's be real...I buy them because they taste like fruit snacks)
  • One a Day Prenatal Vitamins - Because the doctor said so!
  • Yogi Chai Roobios tea - the perfect bedtime drink (in place of my wine). Super delish and calming.
  • ICE CREAM - Bedtime snack for baby. Not EVERY night, but when baby wants baby gets!! I usually go for the low-fat version so I can increase my serving size :)
