Icky

I woke up this morning feeling straight up ICKY. My stomach has been turning and I've been feeling nauseous all morning, which is strange, because this is the first time in my entire pregnancy that I've felt this way. I guess it's never too late for morning sickness to start! Hopefully this is a sign that the baby is getting sick of being in my belly and my hormones are shifting to prepare to get him out.

On a cute note, this morning when I was laying in bed my stomach made a huge gurgling noise and I felt the baby jump in response. The kid has good reflexes!

Yesterday I wrapped up the work day feeling really good and accomplished that I got all of my lose ends tied up. I didn't think that moment would ever come, but it has and it feels amazing. I will continue to work up until delivery but it's nice knowing that if I'm not back on Monday all will be taken care of. Hopefully I can feel better soon so we can enjoy a relaxing day today.
