Red Velvet, with that slow southern style...

So last night at 9:45pm I got the brilliant idea to bake a batch of red velvet cupcakes (thanks Betty Crocker). Now there are 22 cupcakes in the fridge calling my name, begging to be eaten. Lord help me!
